About us
An exciting history connects us to the Alpenhotel
We are normally more like listeners. When you tell us about your day on holiday. When you tell us how we can make your stay perfect. And when you show us your best photo of the sunrise. But today we would like to tell you a little about ourselves, so that you can get to know your hosts a little better.
We, the Penz family, can now look back on ten years of history at the Alpenhotel Panorama. Back in 2014, father of the family Laurin started out as head chef at the Alpenhotel. Then in 2020, the hotel was to be leased out and we decided without hesitation to take the helm ourselves.
We and our three children therefore supported and stuck together in everything from the very beginning. From that moment on we have been hosts with our heart and soul, and after three years, we can now proudly say that we made the right decision.
It is important to us that the Alpenhotel Panorama continues to retain its character as a family-run hotel. It is of great importance for us to always be present as a contact person in everyday hotel life, no matter what your wishes and concerns might be. The exchange we have with our guests is always an enrichment - we listen to your holiday stories with the utmost attention, just like on the first day. But dealing with our employees as equals is also important to us.
