Tourist tax:
The tourist tax is 2,50€ per person per day which is not included in the price. Children under 14 years of age do not have to pay the tourist tax.
The tourist tax is paid at the end of the stay.
Prices:
Our prices are per person per night, they all include half-board and are quoted in Euro. Offers are valid until the rooms are available.
Double room for single use:
The double room for single use is bookable only on request and availability.
REDUCTIONS: only with 2 full-rate guests in the room

Outdoor parking: free of charge
Garage: Reservation required at a cost of 9,00€ per day.
Winter:
You can park your car comfortably in our garage in Compaccio.
The transfer on the day of arrival and departure from Compatsch to the hotel is free of charge.
In urgent cases, the hotel offers a shuttle service from the hotel to Compatsch and back during your stay at a price of 22 euros each way.
E-charging station:
CHARGE THE BATTERY OF YOUR ELECTRIC CAR QUICKLY AND EFFORTLESSLY
Our hotel offers charging stations for electric cars for a fee.
In summer, we offer two charging stations in our hotel garage, which are equipped with universal connections (type 2) for every type of car and have a maximum charging capacity of 11 kW.
In winter, we offer a charging point in our hotel garage in Compatsch, which is equipped with universal connections for every type of car and has a charging capacity of max. 11 kW.
A fee of €0.50 /Kwh is charged for charging.
Dogs and cats:
Dogs are allowed in selected rooms of each category, except the Walter Suite. The supplement is 35,00€ per day with orthopaedic bed and bowl in the room (food is not included).
The access to the dining rooms and wellness area is not permitted.
Upon departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damage or final cleaning fee if needed.
Arrival and departure:
Rooms are available from 2pm onwards. Please Park your car in front of the hotel entrance to facilitate the unloading of your luggage.
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10.00 am.
If you are arriving after 8 p.m., please inform us so that we can make arrangements for the dinner.
Reservations:
The reservation will be considered binding after the payment of a deposit equal to 25% of the total amount within 7 days of the written booking confirmation.
Deposit payment:
The deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card through our booking manager.

In order to avoid long waiting times, we recommend that you check out the evening before your departure. The reception is available for check-outs until 21:00.
For payment we accept all major credit cards (except American Express and Diners Club) as well as debit/credit cards and cash, of course.

Alpenhotel Panorama is a non-smoking hotel. Please note that there is a smoking ban in our hotel in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 8 dated 25/11/2004.

- Free cancellation at any time if the authorities impose restrictive measures preventing you from making use of your stay, the deposit will be refunded or a voucher will be issued.
- We recommend that you take out our 'Hotel Cancellation Plus' travel cancellation insurance when you make your booking to avoid additional cancellation fees.
General cancellation conditions
- Up to 1 month before the arrival, no cancellation fee will be calculated (deposit will not be returned).
- From 1 month before the arrival, we will charge 50% of the total booking amount.
- From 2 weeks prior to the arrival, we will charge 75% of the total booking.
- In case of no-show, early departure or late arrival we will charge the total amount of the reservation.
