Panorama’s Schlutzkrapfen

This typical regional dish is produced by our chief cook by hand.
The name “Schlutzkrapfen” derives from the word “schluzen”, which means “to slide” or “to glide”. In former times the “Schlutzkrapfen” were really more slurped than eaten.
